To track your order, log in to your FLAWLESSPERFUMES.com account and select “TRACK MY ORDER”. Enter the order number (from you e-mail confirmation) to view the tracking details, which will include a link to the courier’s tracking page. Additionally, a tracking email will be sent to the address you provided with all relevant information.

If you received a damaged, incomplete, or wrong order, you have the right to return products to our warehouse within 7 days of receiving them. Items must be unused and unpacked, items must have all tags attached, items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. This policy is subject to provision of evidence of the defect immediately upon discovery, such as images, and compliance with the instructions for use.

Replacement and/or original order will be shipped to you at our cost.

We recommend applying your Flawless fragrance to pulse points, such as your wrists and neck. Additionally, spraying the back of your neck can create a subtle scent trail as you move. For best results, apply the fragrance directly to your skin, allowing it to blend with your natural chemistry and release its scent as your body warms. Avoid rubbing the fragrance into your skin or rubbing your wrists together, as this can alter how the scent develops.

To preserve the quality of your Flawless fragrance, it’s best to store it away from direct sunlight, heat, and extreme temperature fluctuations, as these are the primary factors that cause perfume to deteriorate.
The ideal environment for your Flawless scent is a dark, cool space, such as a drawer or a shelf in a closet with a stable temperature. Avoid storing your fragrance in the bathroom or car.
